Vynmsa expands and diversifies its market in the Bajío

Vynmsa Querétaro closed 2019 with the rent of four industrial buildings that mean more than 20,000 square meters at the service of the industry, in addition to the sale of a 5-hectare project for a Data Center.

With this work, the corporate begins the diversification of its market in the search to make more attractive businesses for its clients.

"Within the projects that we closed were two automakers, one of logistics and one of electronics, plus this data center, which gives us a very interesting mix diversifying the risks of having the same sector within our clientele," Gilberto explained in an interview González, commercial director of Vynmsa in the Bajío.

In addition, the company has 25 years of work in which it has opted to achieve the highest number of locations in the country. To date, it has buildings in 12 industrial parks in Nuevo León, and maintains 9 locations between San Luis Potosí, Querétaro and Guanajuato.

In the state of Querétaro, Vynmsa has 20 clients already installed, and currently builds 2 new properties. By 2020, he hopes to keep pace with growth and seek to expand towards the center of the Republic, following the guidelines of flexibility, quality and timely delivery of projects, reiterated the commercial director.

Its most recent industrial park is located 35 minutes from the Intercontinental Airport of Querétaro, with spaces available for immediate occupation. It also maintains its commitment to the environment through the installation of green areas, reforestation campaigns, sustainable mobility and training of personnel on the care of the planet.

To celebrate the closing of 2019, the company held a breakfast in the company of the broker community, at the Roots restaurant, in order to thank a year of work and collaboration.

RESULTS

Vynmsa was created in 1994 in Monterrey, Nuevo León. Currently, it has delivered 350 projects, in various industrial parks in Mexico, which means about 17 million square feet of manufacturing and distribution spaces. It serves international markets from the United States, Canada, Franca, Italy, Germany, China and Japan.

On the other hand, it offers legal services, security, accounting, recruitment and management of build to suit projects or inventory construction.

Among its main clients are Siemens, BD-Medical, Hitachi, Faurencia, DHL, Ryder, LG, Hwaseung, Eaton, Oxxo, Hanwha, Lego, KwangJin, Continental, L’oreal, Wymann Gordon and Thierica.
