Falcon Sheet Metal Industries starts production at its Guanajuato plant

Falcon Sheet Metal Industries inaugurated its plant in Apaseo el Grande, Guanajuato, which had an investment of 10 million dollars and will be generating 200 direct jobs .

The Mexican company specializes in  the transformation of raw materials such as steel and aluminum into service structures for the automotive sector, and its manufacturing complex is located in the Amexhe Industrial Park , where it has land of more than 12,000 square meters.

 With this investment by Falcon Sheet Metal Industries , it positions the state as a benchmark in the manufacture of heavy and semi-heavy automotive accessories such as service bodies (cargo bodywork) and flat beds for vans and heavy trucks. Its plant is intended for the manufacturing area, warehouses, maneuvering yards, administrative and operational offices, and a dining room.

Ramón Alfaro Gómez, head of the Secretariat for Sustainable Economic Development (SDES), highlighted the synergy between the private initiative, society and government for the consolidation of high value-added projects that provide new job opportunities for Guanajuatenses. 

In the current administration, more than 110 projects have been completed with an investment of more than 4.928 million dollars and the generation of more than 42,000 committed jobs. 

During the event there was the participation of José Luis Oliveros Usabiaga, Mayor of Apaseo el Grande; Victor David Mena Aguilar, President of the Board of Directors of Grupo Falcon and Jorge Armando Sosa, General Director of Falcon Sheet Metal Industries .
