Dentalia confirms expansion and investment plan for 95 million pesos

Dentalia announced its investment and expansion plan to continue improving the dental health of Mexicans. 

With an investment of more than 95 million pesos , the company plans to increase its service capacity to more than 1.5 million appointments per year , as well as open, remodel and relocate 10 dental clinics.

Likewise, you will focus your efforts on developing a holistic experience for the patient. To do this, dentalia  is implementing a digital transformation in its omnichannel value proposition through three strategic pillars: customer personalization; digitization and simplification of the clinic experience with the incorporation of artificial intelligence for greater effectiveness in its diagnoses and the development of an app to monitor treatments; as well as in the creation of new commercial channels.

Federico Weber, general director of dentalia, stated that the company is committed to improving the oral health of Mexicans, and for this reason, they are implementing an investment and expansion plan  to bring the value offer to more people and enrich the experience from the patients.

"The excellent results of the company in 2021 allow us to reaffirm our leadership in dental plans with 38% of the market share of the dental plans market, reaching more than two million people with a dental plan from dentalia".

Dentalia closed the year 2021 with a 35% increase in its income , reaching 701 million pesos. This growth was mainly sustained by its corporate sales from the placement of dental plans: a 16% annual growth compared to the same period of the previous year. 

These results are largely due to the increase in its portfolio of 6,000 companies that offer a Dental Plan with the company, which translates into two million people who have this benefit. In addition, it expanded its coverage to 756 locations in the country.
